Origins – We attempt to treat the sources of food in an adequate and sustainable manner. We think that food can encapsulate the unique qualities that it derives from the specific conditions of its origin.
Cultivation – We endeavor to cultivate these rich qualities. We listen to local traditions but as well to new scientific insights.
Processing – We process with care in order to achieve delightful flavors. Our approach to process food thereby attempts to unlock the abundant and yet unknown potentials of nature.
Product taste – We think that the taste of food shall be at the center of food processing. Thereby we focus on transferring the value determining compounds of the raw material into the final product.
Trade – We care about equitable trade. The exchange of matter, energy, information and values shall happen within a fair and transparent framework.
Consumers – We would like to satisfy the consumer, awaken novel desires and create an awareness of what food is and potentially might be.
